Toy Box
a 2D physics sandbox for the iPhone
Toy Box is a physics "sandbox," inspired by Phun.
Toy Box isn't as full-featured as Phun (yet), but it costs more, and we all know, high price == high value.
And Toy Box will ride around in your pocket, waiting for the perfect moment to jump out and entertain you.
It'll make all of your wildest dreams will come true!
I'm actually not going to guarantee that. (You have weird dreams.)
But I'm happy to provide some enthusiastic bullet points:
- Realistic 2D physics with elastic collisions
- Tilt your device to change gravity (or turn off the accelerometer for more precise construction)
- Create objects by drawing shapes
- Add balls, balloons, wheels and blocks
- Connect everything together with springs, rods, chains, pivots, motors and nails
- Throw things around with your finger
- Save and load your best creations
Really, if you try it out, and are convinced that Toy Box has failed to provide you with $2 worth of entertainment, email me your iTunes receipt, and I'll refund your $2 via paypal. In exchange, you have to tell how I could improve Toy Box to make it more delightfully entertaining. I'm just looking to trade you one entertaining app for a bite-sized slice of your hard-earned ducats, and if you aren't satisfied with the trade, I'm not either (I suppose...)
